SA Property Review
This is the monthly magazine of the South African Property Owners Association.
Its objective is to keep members of SAPOA informed on all matters and issues that affect the fortunes of the property industry, on a near term as well as strategic bases, The magazine is also the primary source of SAPOA-commissioned property research.
The SA Property Review serves as a complementary source of information and a diary of events and educational courses to the SAPOA website.
SAPOA Property Developer: SAPOA’S Journal for the SA Property Development Industry
This is a quarterly publication that serves as the official mouthpiece of SAPOA’S National Developers Forum. Its contents deal exclusively with the discipline of developing unimproved land. The journal and acts as a medium in which private sector developers debate regulatory issues and other official interventions affecting the industry’s well being.
The SAPOA BEE SMME Contractors to the South African Property Industry
This is an annual directory of all Level 1 to 4 BEE verified enterprises that supply professional and soft facilities management services to the property industry. The directory also includes enterprises that supply building materials, equipment and fittings (including hard facilities management services) to the property industry.
The directory has its own website. The purpose of the directory with its complementary website is to provide a business development tool for use by suitably empowered SMMEs.
The SAPOA Property Register
The SAPOA Property Register – now in its 10th year of uninterrupted publication – is South Africa’s most comprehensive and widely acknowledged directory of all providers of services across some 50 individually defined supply categories. The SAPOA Property Register operates its own interactive website – http://www.propertyregister.co.za/. The website enables all listed companies and professional consultants to amend or update their entries on the website. as and when required. Whilst the printed version of the SAPOA Property Register has a shelf life of one year, the website is constantly updated.
