Property & Facilities Management

Objectives Responsibilities
a)    To identify and discuss any issues which relate to Property Management Facilities which have an impact on the property industry.

b) To identify strategic projects which can assist the fraternity.

c) To discuss the practical implications of Policies, Bills and Acts that affect Property Managers.
i. Liaison with members of SAPOA within the property management fraternity.

ii. Discuss the application of the Bills, Acts, Policies affecting the property managers, Property Management, etc.

iii. To act as one voice for the property management sector.

iv. Comment and make recommendations with regard to the above.

v. In addition, the committee shall examine any other matters referred to it by SAPOA members.
