Cancellation Policy
- Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
- Cancellations will only be accepted if submitted in writing at least 3 full business days prior to the event.
- Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in liability for the full outstanding amount, even if you do not attend.
- “No-shows” will be charged the full event fee unless cancellation has been received in accordance with the policy.
