Pursuant to the Competition Commission’s release of its findings in the Fresh Produce Market Inquiry, and the obligations on SAPOA flowing from the report, we are in the process of putting together a number of webinars, focused on SMME retailers, dealing with the legalities pertaining to leasing, from conclusion of the lease and explaining its different terms, to explaining the position regarding suretyships, deposits, and other issues related to the occupation of retail premises.
